Monthly Credits: Your subscription plan includes a set number of credits each month.

Credits expire if unused by your next billing date (unless your plan allows rollover for up to 12 months).

Unused credits from canceled subscriptions are forfeited.

Purchased Credits: Additional credits bought separately never expire.

Refunds: No refunds for canceled subscriptions or unused credits.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate laws or infringe intellectual property.
• Harass others or create harmful/abusive content.
• Spread malware, spam, or disrupt our Services.
• Generate political content or sexually exploitative material (especially involving minors).

4. Intellectual Property

We own all rights to our Website, Services, and trademarks.

Your use grants no ownership or license to our intellectual property.

5. Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) from using our Services.

Our total liability is capped at $1 or the amount you paid us in the past month, whichever is greater.

6. Indemnification

You'll cover any costs (e.g., legal fees) if your use of our Services violates these Terms or harms others.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and will notify you of significant changes. Continued use means you accept the updates.
